The Garuda is the mightiest mythological creature from the Hindu religion and adorns many banks and business throughout Thailand. Government offices frequently use the man-eagle in official stamps and seals. But permission to display the icon comes only by royal endorsement since Garuda is also the vehicle for the divine rule of the King.
